Lovely Jewellery & Great Customer Service

In the last few months i’ve placed two orders of necklaces with Bloom Boutique as i love the dainty jewellery & the personalised touch. With the first however, one of the micro birthstones had fallen off and gotten lost. When i contacted the company about this they were quick to respond and sent out a replacement free of charge. Can’t fault the service one bit!
