The item did arrive in good time however, as a number of other customers have stated on here, the quality is really poor. The necklace looked like cheap tat that I could have bought for considerably less and the engraving was so snap you could barely read it. Wouldn’t buy from here again.

Disgraceful!How are they allowed to miss sell such awful quality?Necklace Went black after 2 wears.Looks cheap and poor quality. Nothing like the website and engraving barely visible.Sent 2 emails to complain, no reply! Expensive mistake.Avoid this company!!

Bracelet tarnished within 10 days of wearing it! Cheap quality products avoid! Sent email to customer service but surprise surprise no reply!

Awful quality, i dont know how they have got the rating they do on their website and thousands of positive reviews because the item i received looked like it had been pulled from the bottom of a pond after residing there 100 years. awful quality. waiting to hear back from their customer service.

I had a rose gold necklace bought for me as a gift 20 months ago from Bloom Boutique. The rose colour has worn off leaving silver patches on the front and rim of the pendant. I contacted them about this, and someone called Eva got back to me, led me a merry dance including having to ask the person who bought me the gift for the order number (embarrassing and awkward, as I then had to let them know there was something wrong with the necklace, and they felt bad) only to be told it was "out of warantee [sic]" and they weren't willing to do anything about it. I would not buy anything from Bloom Boutique as a gift, as I would not want the recipient to be embarrassed and let down as I was.Update: I see Bloom Boutique have replied asking me to 'contact them via website' - I DID contact you via the website, and this was your response - read the review

After sending Bloom and Wild flowers to other people my darling sister sent me some. The happiness I felt on receiving them and then opening the box was overwhelming. Bloom and Wild are the best I’ve ever sent and now received. 10 out of 10 for the best flowers ever.Mandy.

Excellent service, throughly impressed by the product I bought “true friends” bracelet. That pleased that have ordered another , will definitely by from this company again , highly recommend.

I ordered a Christmas gift from bloom, which was dispatched soon after. After a few days it still hadn't arrived. I emailed bloom and got an immediate response, they thanked me for my patience and said if I didn’t receive it in the next couple of days they would send it again. My order arrived the next day, but I was so impressed with the quick response from Bloom. My order is beautiful too. Wonderful business and I will certainly make sure I use them again !

What a wonderful little family run business! I ordered a necklace for my sister for her for Christmas. It came beautifully packaged and the necklace is just gorgeous! In the last few months i’ve placed two orders of necklaces with Bloom Boutique as i love the dainty jewellery & the personalised touch. With the first however, one of the micro birthstones had fallen off and gotten lost. When i contacted the company about this they were quick to respond and sent out a replacement free of charge. Can’t fault the service one bit!

My parents bought me an engraved necklace when I lost my dog in a tragic accident. The chain failed and thankfully it was at home so I found it. It was returned to Bloom approximately months ago and despite huge attempts on my mum’s part to either get it replaced or get a refund issued, neither have been forthcoming. Do not shop with them. They are a bunch of crooks!

My necklace perished after only a few wears & Bloom quickly replaced my item.

If I could give my experience no stars then I would. Ordered 5 bridesmaids necklaces, personalised for the wedding day well in advance and haven’t received anything! The wedding has no been and gone, which means I had to buy additional jewellery which is a last minute stress that is just NOT needed. Despite sending so many emails and messages on Instagram, I have received close to no correspondence. Frustrating. Unprofessional. Zero customer service. Money thieves.
